Fahad Rajabali
Fahad holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. He started his career young, managing his family's businesses, and went on to own and operate several companies of his own, including CLS. With 10 years of experience in licensing and permitting at CLS, he knows the process at every agency inside and out, and he leads CLS with the same standard of excellence he brings to each of his businesses.
Marie Davila
Marie is the backbone of CLS. Since joining the team in 2024 she has directed every license and permit we handle, from first filing through renewal, with a precision that keeps our clients' openings on schedule. She is also the trusted point of contact for every client, making sure owners always know where their applications stand and what comes next.
